Profiles of the Faculties

Dr. Sudhir Dubey- Passed MBBS from King George's Medical College, Lucknow. He received Merit Scholarship and was awarded Certificate of Honour in Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pathology, Ophthalmology, Gynecology and Surgery. He received Rupkishan Das Memorial Gold Medal for being the best all round student of final year MBBS class of 1994.

He did his Neurosurgery training from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). Bangalore. He received Silver Jubilee Gold Medal for being the Best out Going Student and served board member of the Academic Council of NIMHANS.

He did pioneering work in field of Brain tumors and was awarded Young Neurosurgeon's Award by World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS) at The Xllth World Congress of Neurological Surgery (Four yearly congress) in September 2001 at Sydney, Australia. He is the first person from India to get this award.

He has 10 years of Neurosurgical experience and has performed mora than 2000 neurosurgical operations and has special interests in Minimal Access Neurosurgery and Complex spine. He has performed more than 300 neuroendoscopies and his series has been acclaimed at International Forums. He currently performs around 400 cases per year which includes Micro neurosurgery, Endoscopic surgery, Stereotaxy, Vascular surgery, Complex spine and Functional Neurosurgery. He has 8 International indexed publications.
